At The Well we love to celebrate what God is doing. We believe video and photography helps capture and document moments to remember and celebrate as a church. It is our heart to continue to spread the gospel through stories, and to utilize video and photography for the purpose of reaching people, engaging hearts and ultimately sharing life-giving truths with others! We ask that you allow us to utilize any special moments you may be included in to accomplish the following:
I hereby authorize The Well to publish photographs or videos taken of me, and my name and likeness for use in The Well's print, online and video materials as well as other publications of The Well.
I hereby release and hold harmless The Well from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images mentioned above.
I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in The Well materials or publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photographs and or videos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release The Well, its employees, its contractors, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
